Valentine’s Day Hair Trends

If your clients are looking to spice things up this Valentine’s Day, we have you covered! Here are a few of our favorite SULTRY and SEXY Valentine’s Day hair looks your clients will love!

Sleek & Sexy Looks Using Hair Oil

If your clients are short on time, looking for a low maintenance look, or not wanting to have to worry about an updo with 100 bobby pins, recommend the sexy sleek look. By adding hair oil like Moroccanoil you can increase their hairs shine and provide a more dramatic effect.  With the sleek look your clients can rock their hair up or down. For the ironed straight hair look on fine hair, be sure to add shine spray and for added sexy appeal and confidence be sure to part the hair in the middle like Vanessa Hudgens.

Bring on the Buns Hun

For the classic romantics, you can never go wrong with the classic bun. The bun options are seriously endless and all are on trend this season! If your client wants to keep on trend with the sleek look, have her rock the slicked back bun! To jazz up the look, throw in a few loose tendrils and lock it in with a lightweight, non-crunchy hairspray.  Then there is always the low bun, which, let’s be honest, just screams romance and elegance. This classic look is a wedding hair go to, and easily can be styled for a romantic Valentine’s Day. We personally love the idea of leaving a few face-framing pieces and even some curls. For a more effortless look, recommend the half-up bun to keep the hair off your clients face.

 Top Notch Top Knots

We LOVE US a good top knot because it just works for EVERY occasion! From a laid-back Valentine’s Day spent at home, to a fancy soiree, the top knot always fits the atmosphere. This year we are all about the new varieties of this look. From the knotted top knot to the braided top knot, we are here for it. That said, our favorite look for Valentine’s Day is all about the Topknot with sleek face-framing layers as seen on Shay Mitchell.
